Pennsport Civic heard from a developer seeking to build at the former eModa site on Moyamensing Avenue. The Developer is seeking to build an apartment building which will be approximately 60’ (sixty) feet tall. We are also confirmed that the developer will present at a special meeting at a future date so our neighborhood has an opportunity to hear about this potential project. Once we have that date, we will share it with the neighborhood.

Pennsport Civic welcomed the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, which discussed a planned wetland park on our waterfront.
